DEMOCRACY ORIGINATE AND DEMOCRACY IN INDIA

 MY VIEW ABOUT POLITICS 4:

The Word "Democracy" comes from the Greek Language.

It means ,the rule of the people! “for the people by the people and of the people”

(1A)  As we use the word today, we usually mean a government where the people elect their representatives. In any democratic country, its people elect the representatives by voting. These representatives form a government which works for the welfare of the people. These voting type system is found in Roman civilization for electing the senators. In Chola Dynasty, kudavolai system is used to elect the representatives.

  (2A)   So far, we have had 2 types of democracies: Direct and Representative.

In the “Direct” democracy the people gather together and frame a general policy. They then elect officials to effect it.

In the “Representative” democracy the representatives are elected which rule on behalf of the people.

In today’s world the direct democracy is not a practical proposition. And so, the democratic countries of the world practice only the representative democracy.

(3A)   The democracies of the world grant many fundamental rights to their citizens. The foremost among them are: The freedom of speech, movement and association. The citizens are free to practice any trade, choose any religion and enjoy equality before the law.

(4A) Political democracy originated in Greek city States. Athens gave the lead. It was a form of direct Democracy. After the fall of Greek civilization, it disappeared for about 1800 years. Modern democracy originated in the middle ages. The “CONTRACT THEORY” was popular during this time. It was believed that a contract existed between rulers and their subjects by which each required to perform certain duties. If the ruler failed to perform his duties, the people had the right to take back the powers they had vested in him.

During 19^th and 20^th century many countries adopted this form of government. The oldest republic of the world is a small country in southern Europe called San Marino. It set up its own Government in the 10^th century. It was founded in the 4^th century by Marinus,a stone-cutter from Yugoslavia.

                                      This is the history of democracy.

           Now,world largest democracy is INDIA.(face of democracy)

(1B) Now, the voting system of India changes,(ie)AVM(automatic voting machine).

The major change in the process of voting, People represent the candidate to the assembly or parliament on the basis of capacity of MONEY. People don’t care about the criminal and illegal activities of that candidate, they only care about their share. There are some people, who don’t want to vote. They are educated. Because of these the uneducated people sell their votes. Some people thing that, their single vote wont change the government or the leader, but it have more value, even in single vote government can change. Many candidates failed in election because of single vote. Each and every person vote is countable.

(2B) Now in India, there are 2 types of democracies: “MONEY” democracy and

“Religion and Caste” Democracy.

In the “MONEY” democracy , the representatives are elected on behalf of the people “who sell their votes for money”.

In the “Religion and Caste” Democracy the representatives are elected on behalf of the people who put their votes on the basis of caste and religion

(3B) Now, the democracy of INDIA grant many fundamental rights to their citizens.  The freedom of speech is apply for, those who are in RULING PARTY, movement and association apply for, those who are in Power and influence. The RICHEST citizens are free to practice any trade  , POLITICIANS choose any religion for their party and enjoy “inequality” before the law for Rich people and politicians.

(4B) Now, the politicians adopt the “CONTRACT THEROY” between the voters and candidate. If the candidate provide enough money to the voters during election, the winning candidate is allow to gain more than he spend during the election, in the name of “corruption” .And he can access the people money with full freedom , specially with security of police.

HOW IS IT…these is our INDIAN DEMOCRACY

MY VIEW ABOUT POLITICS 3:

DECLARED JUSTICE IS INJUSTICE 

                In Bhopal incident, the judgment is declared after 25 years of struggle .The State government  ruled by last 25 years gave the Irrelevant and wrong information. The CBI fail to lead the case in Court. Former CIB Asst.Director claim that “there is some interrupt during investigation”. 

                This shows that lot of background works are done by our Politician  and business people. The owner of the gas company is not yet punished. Law in India is murdered by these justice. The compensation for the victims are not yet fully settled. 

                  The American government refuses to take action against Union Carbide company and the former chairman of that company Warren Anderson. The accused persons  are released in the bail with minimum fine amount. The 20000 victims get injustice by the court. 

                They move forward the higher courts, but these judgment  is going to reflect their also. These incidents shows the very big loop hole in our IPC and constitution. We fellow the laws of 19^th century in some IPC sections. We have the section framed at the time independence. We must upgrade our constitution and laws according to the today’s situation.  Then only we get the right path for our country .

MY VIEW ABOUT POLITICS 2:

                                  IPL -Indian paisa League,there is no problem till IPL-2 season but in IPL-3,even thing is come public because of rivalry among the person you involve in IPL.Indian Cricket Board is not in the control of cricketers but in the hand of business giants and politicians.The only reason is Money earn from cricket,most valuable board in the games world.
                                     
                                  Modi,is the Safe and Soft target to Protect the BIG ONES from is Scam.I am not saying Modi didnt do anything,he is the mastermind of IPL.Most of us didnt know that,Modi was in jail for 3 years,not in India,but in America For having the Drug.


                                   In India,he is appointed as the chairman of IPL,and he act as the benami that BIG ones.Then the scam came out to public,Modi era in IPL Come to end.Pawer and his family,Praful Patel are the big names are still waiting to see their end.But for the political cause,the ruling congress keep silent in these matter.But their own party minister get affected by this IPL scam.They should as against their alliance also.




                                       The black money is the major investment in IPL.This is known by everyone.Friends,young cricketers are getting affected by IPL Money and Party.You know each player get the salary for each match is 12-15 lakh,for sixes and fours and fifty and hundreds have separate amount.At the end of the season each player become the crorepati .That why they play for franchise and not for INDIA.They blame the IPL parties..

                                       In IPL,players are easily accessible,we want better monitoring system-by Gilchrist.Former Australian player.It show that , IPL match fixing may be happened.
Some of the captains,gave the interview at the time of the IPL-3,That,"We have to play for Francaise , because they spend lot of money for us, atleast we reach the semi final for their cause".
Same mouth spoke after losing the world cup,IPL is the reason for our lose.They play for Francaise but not for country.


how is it...!


At final,IPL fool the audience.There is lot more to come.




Then come to matter of Pakistan.Pakistan has more nuke weapons than India.The fuel like Plutonium and Uranium is supplied by China and other resource.Pakistan is the one country ,where the father of their atomic research was blame for releasing the secrets and put in the home sail.Now he released by SC.The news show us that,PAK has 80-90 weapons,but INDIA has 60-80.Our politician never reply to that news.But they concentrate in the Sexual issue of officers.we spend lot of money for our security.But R&D department for our Military deliver the products in the Late and incomplete manner.We should have more concentrate on R&D Department.Indian Force has to improve in Missile Technology,because still lack in ballistic missile and anti-ballistic missile Technology,Submarines,aircraft carrier etc..

MY VIEW ABOUT POLITICS 1:

Before starting,i clearly explained that its my view about politics.If i give any wrong or abuse information,kindly make correction by your commands.

INTRODUCTION:

                                              Politics is the key of the society.In everyone's life politics is unavoidable one for the survey   in these world.It starts from the ancient age,where the civilization begins.Politics have a different relationship. 

                              

               The relation between the Leader and Followers.Leader,who live for others welfare.Followers,who live for their welfare.Leader shows love to the followers and Followers response to the leader by Honest.

                 Leader is also mean as KING in monarchy form of government,as the DICTATOR in Dictatorship form of government,as the CHAIRMAN and   GENERAL SECRETARY  in Communism,as a PRIME MINISTER AND PRESIDENT in a democracy form of government.

                  The Duty of all kinds of the leader is Loyal to their Followers and Citizens.The leader's are the responsible for the security of the people and the country.

                   Leader is a fine citizens of country.He is responsible for good and bad of the citizens.Citizens blindly believe  the leaders in monarchy period.Now,they have rights to question the leader.But because of the fear and the respect towards their leader, they dont.

                     These is the big chance of leader those who live for their welfare.They use the blindly support of their followers.They use fake speech and image.They act like a good politicians in the Election time.

                                

                    Dictatorship and Monarchy form government is not like by most of the people in world.But some of the people like communism,but the opposition is majority of capitalist countries.In theory ,communism is the best form of government,but in practical its not the fact.

      

                        Even China accepts it,make some liberal economic policy for improvement.My assumption is,in future there is a big downfall is waiting for China,after they reaching the super power of the world.That is the different story.

                       Today the money plays major role in politics in India.Money is the Backbone of our politics.Before and After independence,we have good leaders(ie).In earlier days of our country independence.Today situation is like these,use the religion and caste of the valuable leaders of India,is play a major role for some cheap way to get into power.    

                        In earlier period of our country,our leaders are willing to work for country with lot of responsibility and honestly.Most of  leaders are died without money in their pocket.Their only happiness is to work for the people.So the people and the country never forgot their work and prise them even today and in future also. 

                              But now, Politics is compare to Drainage.
